San Francisco is in the midst of an affordability crisis, as the costs of living and doing business in our city continue to increase. The 乌鸦传媒 recognizes minimum wage as one important factor in addressing affordability issues in our city, and nationwide.
鈥淭he Chamber has long supported a consensus approach when it comes to advancing the minimum wage,鈥 said Bob Linscheid, President & CEO, 乌鸦传媒. 鈥淲e appreciate being part of the discussion and applaud Mayor Ed Lee for bringing all groups together so that voters can evaluate one ballot measure on minimum wage come November.鈥
The consensus approach led by Mayor Lee has ensured that all stakeholders and voices have been heard. A single consensus measure will also provide clarity to voters on a complex issue on what is sure to be a lengthy ballot.
The Chamber鈥檚 Board of Directors looks forward to reviewing the proposal.
