SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The ѻý, representing thousands of local businesses of all sizes, is hosting its fourth annual WELL Conference on Thursday, October 7, 2021. WELL, which stands for Women Empowering Leadership & learning, is an initiative of the ѻý, showing a commitment to represent all genders at all levels and across all industries.
With a focus on empowerment, leadership, and education, WELL provides workplace resources, best practices, and a broad community of support for attendees to advance gender equality and workplace inclusion within their own organizations. Programs also include networking events and intimate speaker series. This year’s event will be virtual.
Attendees will get the opportunity to learn from diverse speakers and gain insights into how they can empower themselves and their colleagues to create a more equitable San Francisco. This year’s event will be hosted by , Board Chair of the ѻý. There will also be an opportunity drawing for (2) round-trip tickets anywhere flies at the close of the program.

The conference will also feature a special update on the WELL cohort presented by Accenture, a program to empower San Francisco women-owned small businesses. 2021 marked the inaugural year for the WELL Cohort Program as the ѻý highlighted two women-owned San Francisco small businesses as two groups of mid-level managers from Accenture and the WELL community worked together to help elevate the small businesses.
